Who we are
Procodes provides iMatchFit, a wardrobe and outfit-planning app. This policy explains how the app handles information and how to contact us about privacy. It also covers this policy website. For questions or privacy requests, email procodes9@gmail.com.
What stays on your device
The app stores the information you choose to add: clothing photos and cropped designs; wardrobe details such as names, sizes, prices and notes; avatar appearance settings; saved looks and favourites; outfit boards, wear history, plans and packing lists; and body or garment measurements, fit notes and tailor projects.
Your current draft, camera view and preferences are also saved locally so you can continue where you left off. Photo editing, colour sampling, outfit suggestions and the 3D preview run on your device. iMatchFit does not upload your wardrobe to Procodes, use AI services or perform facial recognition.
You can use the core wardrobe and styling features without creating an account. We do not ask you to provide a name, email address or password to use them.
Photos and camera access
When you choose a photo, the app uses the system photo picker. When you take a clothing photo, it asks for camera permission. Selected images and edited copies are used for wardrobe photos, colours, fabrics, prints and previews. The app does not automatically upload them or browse your entire photo library.
You can decline camera access and still use the other features. Manage permissions in your device settings. If a selected photo is stored with a cloud photo provider, your operating system may download it through that provider before giving it to iMatchFit.
Automatic updates and technical information
iMatchFit uses Expo Application Services to check for and download compatible app updates. When the app checks for updates, Expo receives your IP address as part of the network connection, a randomly generated installation identifier, the platform and app runtime, and identifiers for the installed and requested updates. If an update fails to launch, the update library can also send failed-update identifiers and a short fatal-error report.
This information supports update delivery, reliability and troubleshooting. These requests use HTTPS. They do not intentionally include your clothing photos, saved outfits, measurements or wardrobe notes. There is no in-app switch to disable automatic update checks.
Expo processes this technical information under its own privacy policy. Its systems and service providers may process it outside your country. We do not use an advertising identifier or a separate behavioural analytics SDK in iMatchFit.
Optional recommendations and external links
Some versions of iMatchFit may display clearly labelled recommendations for other Procodes products, such as Props Link. These use bundled content rather than an advertising network. If enabled, dismissal preferences and appearance counts are kept on your device. Your wardrobe is not used to choose recommendations, and we do not sell your wardrobe information.
Opening a recommendation takes you to a separate website. We do not attach your photos, measurements or outfits to the link. That website may collect information such as your IP address or browser details and has its own privacy policy.
Keeping and deleting your information
Your saved wardrobe information stays on your device until you remove it, erase the app's stored data or uninstall the app. In iMatchFit, open My space and choose Erase everything to remove the wardrobe database, saved looks, avatar settings and media managed with those records. This cannot be undone unless you have your own backup.
Temporary photo, PDF or export copies can remain in the app's system cache until cleared by the operating system. For a full local reset on Android, use Settings, Apps, iMatchFit, Storage, then Clear storage, or uninstall the app. On iOS, delete the app rather than offloading it. Your original library photos and copies exported to other apps, people or cloud storage are not removed; delete those separately where they were saved.
Erasing your wardrobe inside iMatchFit does not erase Expo's technical service records or reset its installation identifier. Procodes does not have a server copy of your wardrobe to retrieve or delete. Contact us if you need help with a privacy request involving technical records. We cannot promise deletion of records we cannot identify or control; provider retention and legal obligations may apply.
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and resolve your request, and keep correspondence only as needed for that purpose and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it. Please do not send clothing photos or measurements unless they are needed for your request.
How information is protected
Local records and images are stored within the app's storage area and rely on your device's access controls and security settings. iMatchFit does not add a separate password or its own database encryption. Protect your device with a screen lock and keep your operating system updated. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
This policy website
This website is hosted by Vercel. Visiting it sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, requested page and browser details, to the hosting provider for delivery and security. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or a contact form to this policy website. An email link opens your own email app. Vercel's privacy policy explains its processing.
Your choices and policy changes
You can edit or remove your local records, export a backup, control camera permissions and choose whether to share files. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact Procodes at procodes9@gmail.com to discuss a request.
We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. Changes to app features or data handling will also be reflected in the app and its store disclosures where required.
